THREESIXTY hires Louise Winmill as Partner and launches AI-powered reputation analysis tool

LONDON - Tuesday, 10th September, 2024 - THREESIXTY, the corporate communications and reputation management agency, has hired Louise Winmill as a Partner.

Louise was previously on the Board and Managing Director of the Corporate Communications practice at Portland Communications and has advised some of the world’s best-known brands, including Netflix, YouTube, Snapchat, Asda and PepsiCo on their corporate and financial communications. She has held several senior in-house roles, including at VC-backed notonthehighstreet.com and with the beauty giant, L’Oreal, and has advised Boards on some of the biggest media stories of the last two decades.

The appointment follows a number of major client wins by THREESIXTY - whose clients include Shiseido, Bacardi, running brand On, Wizz Air, GoHenry and VistaPrint - and comes as the agency rolls out a first-of-its-kind AI-powered reputation tracking and analysis tool.

The tool uses artificial intelligence to enable clients to see, in real time, what is being said about their brand, what’s driving or detracting from their reputation, and how their reputation is changing over any given time period. Clients can also benchmark performance against peers and the tool provides a simple but impactful way for clients to measure and report reputation.

The product is already being used by a number of clients and THREESIXTY is inviting any business wanting to understand what’s shaping its reputation to a complimentary trial of the service.

THREESIXTY is led by CEO Oliver Wheeler, who previously established the corporate communications and reputation practice at freuds. The senior team, which Louise joins, also includes Managing Director and Partner Rob Lester, a former national newspaper journalist.

Oliver said: “We’ve been on a mission to hire the best talent from the UK’s biggest agencies, senior in-house roles and from editor-level media positions. Louise was fantastic at freuds and she went on to help shape the reputations of some of the world’s biggest brands both in-house and as an MD at Portland.

The THREESIXTY approach is to roll up your sleeves and get the job done. Having worked with Louise before, I know she will fit right in and I’m extremely happy to be working with her again.

Together with the launch of our new reputation tool, today marks a significant moment in the growth of the agency.”

Louise said: "In a media landscape that has evolved dramatically, the corporate communications sector has seen surprisingly little creativity or innovation for decades.

The team at THREESIXTY is different. They know how to engage a wide variety of audiences—whether it's the financial pages of a broadsheet or a multigenerational workforce—and they do so in a more modern, culturally attuned way. The market is ready for a fresh approach, and I’m excited to be working with Oli, Rob, and the team to deliver it."

The agency has recorded annual average revenue growth of 20 percent since Oliver took over in 2015 and, in 2024, secured a place in PR Week’s top 25 corporate communications league table. The agency provides clients with a wide range of services including executive profiling, financial communications, M&A and other special situations, employee engagement, ESG strategy and comms and media training. In June, the agency announced its Public Affairs offer.

THREESIXTY is a joint venture between the partners and The Casbah Group (which includes Exposure and SEEN Group), giving THREESIXTY scale into key markets globally, including the US and Europe.
